Founded by Dalmiro Oviedo in the city of New York, Kirsty Interiors is a workshop that crafts
artisanal homeware and unique furniture. We primarily use fique fiber to weave the pieces in
our textile studio, turning our products into works of art.
With impeccable technique, we skillfully combine natural fibers such as fique fiber, horse hair
and Peruvian alpaca wool on a horizontal loom.

The technique used in the manufacturing process is called the ‘herringbone weave,’ a method that enables us to create visually striking pieces. Furthermore, the resulting textile exhibits the quality and durability comparable to that of a sailor’s knot.
We are characterized by the metallic threads we use, as they help us add a touch of authenticity and luxury to our artisan work. We specialize in creating disruptive, fine, and very high-quality pieces.
